Shipping & Returns

Within Germany we offer free shipping and return. Shipping prices for all other countries can be found here.

With us, the return is free and easy. You can get the return label in our returns portal. Simply place the item(s) in the shipping package and stick the return label on it. Be sure to cover any other shipping labels.

You take your package to any post office or DHL station.

To be on the safe side, ask for a proof of posting. You will receive an email from us when we have processed your return. You will receive your refund within the following 10-14 days.

We ship worldwide to all countries. Excluded GB.

The delivery usually takes 1-2 business days. If you have not received your package after more than 7 days, you can contact us here.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

If your product has been damaged during delivery, please let us know as soon as possible and we will spare no effort to find a solution to the problem. You can contact us here.

If an order is detained by local customs or a local post office, it is the responsibility of the buyer/customer to contact their local customs or post office and arrange for completion of shipment. Mazine is not responsible for contacting the local customs or post office.

Mazine is not responsible for refunding orders that are refused by local customs and returned to Mazine.

General Questions

You can buy gift cards here in different amounts from 15 - 150€.

The voucher can only be redeemed in our Mazine online store. Just enter the code at checkout and the amount will be automatically deducted from the total.

Payment

We accept the following payment methods: credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express), PayPal, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shopify Pay, Amazon Pay and Klarna Pay Later.

If you have a promotional code or gift card, please enter it in the "Discount code" field on the checkout page and click "Apply". Please check the expiration date of your promotional code before using it. Only one promotional code can be used per purchase. Promotion codes cannot be used on discounted merchandise.

When your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, which will also include a link to download your invoice or in your customer account.
